i would tend to agree with what mr. jackson has said either this person even with the baby is the objector or maybe someone for some reason in collaboration with the mother. but it should not be discounted. what i would point out from perspective as a forensic pathologist is that you cannot get rid of a human body readily. it is my understanding that the mother does not drive. there is no evidence of blood. there is no evidence that this tized baby that was trauma and so on. it is not to easily accomplished. this to me is a very important point. i don't know whether the mother's story has been invalidated, the failure on the polygraph test, the change as to whether she was awake at a tern time drinking and under the influence at another time and so on. i just -- it i'm puzzled by how you get rid of a body completely so that nobody finds it in that area after all of this kind of diligent meticulous search. that is puzzling. >> judge jeanine: we will show you all later in the show. now, where are lisa's parents now and wh

so i went back into the room and mrs. jackson if she had a desire to see mr. jackson. and she said no. >> criminal defense attorney richard herman joins us from las vegas. what kind of details are we now learning from the audio tape from dr. murray? what kind of specifics about jackson's drug use, for instance and propofol? >> well, good afternoon, suzanne, we're learning a lot about michael jackson's drug use. and all of these self-serving statements coming in during this prepared interview, i say it's prepared because he went in with his lawyers knowing this would be recorded. at this time, at the time of his interview, sigh suzanne, this was simply a death case, not a homicide investigation. murray did not know that anybody would be pointing fingers at him as the reason for the death. so he's there. he's giving this interview and telling us information he learned about the drug use, about the propofol and about dr. klein and demerol addiction. but we're also hearing an explanation for applying cpr on the bed because he said the bed was hard. he says he was only out

because if these deviations would not have happened, mr. jackson would have been alive. megyn: and that is what it all comes down to. >> megyn, the doctor went through, actually, six deviations and said all of those things taken together conclusively determined that that was the causation of michael jackson's death. by the way, you know, from the autopsy report was ruled a homicide. so the prosecution is tieing this all together very nicely in the expert witnesses here today, megyn. megyn: jonna, is it so impossible that michael jackson, an addict by even his own doctor's account, would have not fallen asleep from the initial dose and woken up and said, i need more? who knows whether he was a stranger to injecting himself. he had an iv that murray put in. so why is it so impossible he could have injected himself? >> i don't think it's so impossible. i think it's a tough row to hoe for the defense, but that's why i believe their expert testimony is probably going to show that michael was no stranger to injecting himself previously and could have done it when dr. murray le
