william has taken the next few days off work. so that's the one bit of information we've managed to get today. but they're not going to tell us officially anything until she's inside and in labor. so i'm sure she's more focused on that rather than us. but we're very much focused on her. >> i was going to say something about this business of playing polo yesterday. shouldn't he be sitting on pins and needles, worrying, knitting, picking a name, any of those things, max? >> reporter: well, yeah. the nam issue is obviously up there. they say they don't know if it's a boy or a girl. so they've got a list of names apparently that they may go for either way. i think that's probably true because the easiest way of dealing with the question is it a boy or is it a girl is not knowing the answer, of course. so yeah, there is some debate. she actually went home to her mum's at the weekend. and from what we can tell she's either with her mum or with william at any one particular time. so depending on when she goes into labor she'll be coming

but max, in the past, there has been a deal with the paparazzi when it comes to the royals, william and harry. for this child, be it prince or princess, is there a stim lar agreement in place or is that yet to be worked out? >> and since diana died, there has been a lot of discussion, between particularly newspaper editors in the palace, and the general agreement these days, is that the palace will pro viet opportunity to members of the media that want to sort of break the rules as it were. so they are very sensitive about paparazzi pictures still. if paparazzi pictures do get shown the palace comes down pretty severely. in the uk, they are generally not seen outside the uk. pictures of the duchess out shopping for example, they get shown in the uk, so the deal is it is still pretty much in place. but there is a huge hunger on this story and what you have found is that some of the photographers have started -- if you like, the society wedding, where they expect the royals to turn up and take those pictures because there is a huge demand and the huge amount of money the photographers mak
