i want to start with you congressman duffy. let me get your reaction to going on. your party's response to the president's executive actions. >> yes, mr. yoho's bill will probably pass out of the house. it will go nowhere in the senate. harry reid won't pick it up and move it. the real play is a long-term funding package that will fund most of the government through the rest of the fiscal year but we'll do a short term package on homeland security so we can address some of the components of funding that the president's executive action. and, you know, jose i support immigration reform. i've been one of the voices in the house who thinks we need to get it done. i believe in the proper role of the congress is passing laws and having the president enforce it. i think there will be a movement to take money away from the executive action giving us space to work together house and senate and president to get a step-by-step approach to immigration reform done. >> congressman, taking money away from the executive action when it's self-funded, isn't that just kind of a, you
