prince william county police released surveillance photos from the store on sudley road in manassas. a 12-year-old was shopping around 11:30 on august 21st. she said a stranger approached her and touched her inappropriately through her clothes. she wasn't hurt but told someone in the store who then called police. it's hard to see in these photos, but the suspect has a goatee police say. >>> 103 homicides in d.c. so far this year and that is a stunning 43% increase and the mayor's desperate to do something about it.
