this morning -- a fraternity at the university of central arkansas is under fi offensive photo that surfaced online. it appears to show a white student in blackface. the photo was posted to instagram -- then shared. students say it was taken at a halloween party friday night hosted by the sigma tau gamma fraternity. the student in the picture has apologized and says on this halloween day.. the movie, "boo! a madea halloween" is leaving its rivals spooked. the film was number one at the box office for the second straight weekend. tyler perry's latest movie about his tough-talking grandmother took in more than 16-million dollars from friday through sunday.
