so, one of the things we did was start declassifying fisa court judgments. fisa court stigses, surveillance act court. it's a unique institution unlike any other. no other country in the world that is that institution and this is a rotation of district federal judges that sit as a body for two weeks and then they rotate in and out to address fisa applications. and these-- there needs to be a better understanding how that works. there needs to be a better understanding of all the safeguards that are built into overseeing what the intelligence community does. all three branches of the government oversee the intelligence community. so the combination of, you know, declassifying as much as we possibly can. now, when you do that, transparency has a double-edged sword. the adversaries goes to school on that. and what damage is there if we expose this to the public? and i felt for exactly the reason you infer, that in order to regain the faith throughout the american people and their allegedly representatives, we have to be more transparent about what we did. the m
