joe biden in 2020 got 29.6% of the vote in franklin county. now joe biden statewide in kansas in 2020 got 41% of the vote. so, if you do the math, a benchmark for the no side is they want to do about nine points better than joe biden did. if biden got 41%, the nine points better would be 50%. so any given county that is not doing nine points better than biden when all is said and done. biden got 29.6% in franklin county and know there's only a couple of precincts left is almost doubling that. that's the kind of shift here. that's much more than a shift that the null side was hoping to see in this referendum. there's some other small counties getting into western kansas, this is meade county, a deeply republican county. joe biden only got 14% of the vote. just about on the vote is counted up in me county and again, the no side wanted to run nine points better than biden did, it's running 17 points better than biden. in this deeply republican rural county. we're starting to see counties with the almost a complete account and what we're seeing is
