with regard to how this was done, randy, you did take some issue. having thought about this last 15 minutes, if order in which the prosecutor went around, do you think in his case he left the jurors with a pretty compelling case for casey's guilt? i'm going to go out on a limb and say something else that he may have consciously done, which is trusted this jury. he didn't go into so much of the stuff that most lawyers would go into. he talked about the lies, didn't spend a lot of time on the behavior. didn't spend a lot of time of the chlorophyl versus chlorophyl versus chloroform. it's almost as if he said, all right, guys, i think you've enough of that. you know what happened here. i'll drive one thing home, the chronology and the three pieces of duct tape. to me i'm going to keep coming back to that. that blew me out. >> both of you are defense attorneys in this studio with me. jonna, what do you think about his tactic? do you agree? do you hi he trusted the jury, is that a wise thing to do? >> no and no. i think he might be saving his best for la

randy and jonnah. how important is this, the issue of sexual abuse, from george anthony, the father, none of which was proven. how important is the angle to the dmas terps in terms of the ? what does sexual abuse from a father to a daughter have to do with killing her daughter? >> a lot, jose baez said this is what happened, and why it happened has to do with sexual abuse. i don't think it's that important, because quite frankly, i think if mr. baez gets up on his closing arguments and goes back to this is what happened, they're done. so that's why i said earlier i think if anything, he's got to own it and say i probably shouldn't have gone there and focus in on the fact they haven't proven, a, b, c, d, the what, where, when, what. >> you, as awe juror hearing that, does that immediately give an incredible level of discredation to jose baez because you're thinking, are you kidding me? i would think off the bat, pal, you didn't know coming into the sensational trial where you wanted to go? >> bingo. tha

back to you in the studio, randy and jonna, your expectations from jose baez, does he have an uphill battle, jonna? >> i think he does have a little bit of an uphill battle. he should probably focus on the reasonable doubt aspect, what the prosecution did not prove despite how well jeff ashton strung together his story. he should start there. what he won't be able to go into is an explanation as to her behavior because the sex abuse is off the table. >> if we hear anything of that, what's going to happen? will the judge intervene? >> they'll be an objection. >> that will be an objection. >> objection sustained. if he quonts, there will be a side bar. the jury is going to get cleared out and he'll threaten to hold mr. baez in contempt. there's not going to be a mistrial. >> i always wanted him to explain the duct tape theory. the one witness -- the main witness who could have done that did not testify and now the little bit that the jury heard can't even be brought up, is stricken. >> dr. rodriguez. >> yes. can't be brought up in his closing arguments. those are two large gaping holes
