at least until noon. you will be able to climb in the 50s with sunshine between noon and 3:00 p.m. enough to warm you up to 57 in san francisco. you'll hit 60 in oakland and 60 here in san jose. we have a bit of a warm up ge depending on the area of low pressure. this is what i think is going to happen. an area of low pressure just to the north drags in the tail end, and so that will be enough to get showers in locations north of the golden gate bridge. i don't think we'll see much, if anything, south of the golden gate bridge in the east bay. we'll see the 50s, breezy, limited sunshine. we'll start out warm enough that morning to see temperatures in the mid-60s. we'll set your future cast in motion. you can see all the moisture stays to the north. all the way through wednesday. as we head through the next couple of days that track could shift. we'll be watching it for you. i'll watch it like a hawk, as a matter of fact, and let you know if anything changes. clearing by thursday. crisp sunshine on friday. new year's day looking great for outdoor activities. no rain in the forecast.
