in the lucas valley area. what was the straw that broke the camel's back? this project has been held up for a long time. what killed it? >> well, it was a straw, because a long, long time ago, in a world far away, known as marin county, george lucas, 16 years ago, decided he wanted to expand the skywalker property and set up a new thing on the grady ranch, between skywalker and where a lot of the people who don't want this to have legs, happened. he started making application, and in '96, a plan was adopt and many times modified through a lot of negotiations, a lot of down sizing, a lot of this and that, and for 16 years, this thing has been going on and becoming more and more contentious, the closer it gets to reality it was getting very, very close to reality and the neighbors, i think, called the lucas valley estates homeowners association, filed some complaints and george lucas, thinking that he'd like to live to actually see this thing happened said, we're just not going to do it here and the decision is
