eastern time aaron hernandez will appear in court again for the second day in a row. this is a bail hearing. essentially his lawyers will be appealing the judge's decision yesterday to not grant aaron hernandez bail. they will argue that there is so much media attention surrounding this case and that he is not a flight risk, there is no way aaron hernandez frankly could go anywhere without everyone following him and they will also argue that he is a family man and has a fiance and an eight month old baby and most of all they will argue that he has no criminal record and has never been accused of a violent crime. >> the charge is first degree murder, alina. it is really rare if ever that someone charged accused of first degree murder is let out on bail. second degree murder charges, lesser charges, people can get bail, but it is pretty rare that a first degree murder suspect would be released on bail. isn't that the experience in massachusetts? >> i think that the general consensus here at least among the media is that you have to give the defense attorneys credit for

who aaron hernandez really is. for that i want to bring in a reporter who has been a staple of the boston sports scene for decades. his name is bob ryan. thank you so much for joining us today. >> you're welcome. >> you know, you've covered aaron hernandez for a while. you met aaron hernandez. what can you tell us about him as a person? >> all we knew about aaron hernandez the person as opposed to the player, from what we see, he's been affable and cooperative and just a routine interview subject. there have been no problems. he's not noted for being particularly glib more for being particularly evasive. all we knew about him away from the field was that while at the university of florida, he had some issues with marijuana. there was a suspension thing. there was a character issue at the time of the nfl draft that resulted in some teams shying away from him. the patriots having what they felt and everyone felt was the good fortune of getting him lower than he should have gone on the virtues of basis of talent. they

it included a fight at a club with aaron hernandez one night and then two nights later he called in, according to them, two of his friends, to orchestrate what the prosecutors are calling an execution. they picked up oden lloyd at his house at 2:30 in the morning and then they brought him to a neighborhood, industrial park very close to where hernandez lives and then they shot and killed him. he is here today for a bail hearing. on wednesday the judge denied bail. his lawyers say that this case is weak, that he should be granted bail. he's never committed a crime. he's a homeowner and that he lives at home with his fiance and young baby. tamron? >> and right now at least his attorneys are arguing that this is a circumstantial case, that the evidence is circumstantial against his client. >> they are saying it's a circumstantial case and that very well may be true but keep in mind, this investigation is ongoing. one of the things that the prosecutors talked about on wednesday was the fact that there were two other men involved. we don't have officially the names of those men. it remain
