michaela? >> back to the pilots, as you were mentioning, the importance of talking to them about those 72 hours was to say were they fatigued, were they using caffeine or alcohol in that time? they want to know all their behaviors up to that time to see if they were in a good position to land the plane in the most effective manner possible. >> there have been three interviews up to now. law enforcement talked to them on day one. they may have tested for drugs or alcohol in the system. south korean officials interviewed them on day two. now the big interview with ntsb, other investigators looking at the pilots. ntsb quick to point out, don't look at pilot error too quick, yet. there have been three similar crashes where planes landed short of the runway. in some cases, there was pilot error involved. in others, it was mechanical. they want to know everything before they make judgments about this. there's a lot of information out there to collect before they have a very clear idea of what happene

>> reporter: michaela, it's amazing this fire has been burning since monday afternoon. it's burned about 25,000 acres so far. you can see over nigh shoulder the smoke over that ridge. firefighters are trying to make sure it doesn't jump that ridge. despite all that, they have only lost seven structures. six residential buildings, and one commercial building since monday. there have been no injuries, no loss of life. from that perspective, it has been a good outcome so far. they are concerned about winds picking up over the weekend, though we are seeing higher humidity. that's helping the firefighters a lot. yesterday the human yesterday was between 5% and 10%. today the humidity is somewhere around 25 to even 60%. we actually felt some raindrops early this morning. that's welcome news for these firefighters. >> one of the things that's always a great sight, is when you see the air support coming in. are they getting fixed wing or helicopters making water drops? >> reporter: absolutely all night long they were dropping fire retardant and water onto these flames. 19 helic

with charles below, michaela angela davis. i want to bring in cornell belcher, a regular on cnn. cornell, you've been listening. what do you make of this conversation? >> a couple of things. when you look at all this, this burden, we can quantify the burden that minorities have to carry. should we ask for a political redress to this? if we understand that bias is manifesting itself and african-americans are being arrested more, spending more time in jail, african-americans being -- having to pay higher mortgages, for example, if in fact there is what my parents always called the black tax, shouldn't we be asking a redress of that? shouldn't we be asking our legislators to redress this? because right now, there is no redress for it. we can spend more on mortgages, we can be red lined, be pulled over more, we can get more tickets. and this has not only a burden on your soul, but actually has a financial burden to your wallet. >> what would the redress look like? what are you talking about? >> wouldn't a redress look like not attacking affirmative action? i mean, if luke at -- what'
