for the first time the afl cio is demanding changes to obama care. it has approved a resolution that says parts of the plan could be haley disruptive to benefit millions of union members. they have been complaining about the potential impact for months. you have to watch this story. chipolte causing quite a stir after several of the new york and new jersey locations ran out of black beans. so how could something like that happen? teresa is live in new york city with the latest on this. teresa, what is going on? >> it is an issue for so many chipolte diehard. they ran out of black beans a crisis of epic proportions. they got a bad batch and didn't want to serve it so they tossed it and are waiting for new shipments that could come today. it seems like a simple issue but people were outraged this outage. they were taking to twitter saying their dinner was ruined that they can't believe something like this could happen. they were about to cry over it. for some people, though, the issue is a little more serious like vegetarians and vegans. the pinto bean
