san jose police are aware. other police agencies here in the south bay being made aware of these two girls. the father, friends, everyone, just asking if you do see them, if you know where they are, please call your local police. chase cain, "today in the bay." >>> the grieving family of the woman whose body was found in the state hospital. they are calling for a brand new state law. it took more than two weeks to find her body a floor away from the hospital room. they think if there were cameras installed at all entrances and exits, they would have known she never left the building. they are now asking for legislation to require hospitals to install those cameras. the city currently conducting an independent review to try and figure out how spaulding's body was unnoticed for so long. because the investigation is ongoing, the family has yet to receive spaulding's body and at this point cannot plan a memorial service. in response, san francisco general changing its procedures. the san francisco examiner reportin

they believe he chased down and shot ramon garcia in downtown san jose. this here is surveillance video -- that's just the victim there. we do have surveillance video, here it is, of the murder back in august. we have edited it so it does not show the actual shooting. you see garcia riding on a bicycle in a parking lot in the middle of the day near north third and east julian streets. moments later the gunman shoots garcia point blank. san ramon man accused of shooting his property manager as he was being evicted is going to make a court appearance. he face three counts of attempted murder. he shot at the property manage are and two deputy when's they attempted to evict him from his home. he surrendered. officials say the home is in foreclosure. >> pg&e officials are in the process of shutting down a natural gas pipe line that officials believe could be unsafe. that pipeline known as line 147, runs along britain avenue between 101 and 280. the worry is it could fail and explode like the line in san bruno back in 2010, killing eight people. leaders request
