bob turk and meteorologist tim williams are tracking the system. let's start with bob, with a look at radar. bob? >> reporter: until about an hour ago, things are kind of melting. wasn't that bad. temperatures have dropped. of course, the sun is going down. as you can see, it's beginning to accumulate on the roads. take a look at radar. this is a huge complex of moisture. these are heavy echoes. some of these will bring us two to 3 inches of snow in one hour in some locations. that's why we have such high snow totals for this particular storm, in addition, as the storm developing off the coast, the winds will pick up later tonight. we have blizzard warnings in effect for some areas. visibility will be greatly released -- reduced. honestly, please stay off the roads. tim has a look now at the warnings that are going into effect tonight. >> they're already in effect, as you mentioned, bob. we're looking at winter storm warnings in effect for the entire state, basically. and the updates are that blizzard warnings are now being added to some parts of t
