there is a tropical storm trying to begin down near cuba. this could become tropical storm a cold. winds are 35 miles per hour. you can see some circulation if you watch the cloud cover. the hurricane center is keeping an eye on this area of low pressure. it has a lot of low pressure with it. if it gets more organized, that will become a cold. whether this is a full blown tropical system or not, it will be moving in this direction. it looks like this will track towards miami and become a tropical storm then make its way toward wilmington north carolina by wednesday afternoon. and will likely continue to push more north which means the potential is there for some stronger thunderstorms during the day on thursday. the leading edge of the showers arriving tomorrow evening, so we may get into the initial band of what whether tomorrow night. the really heavy rain holds off until thursday. the potential is there for a few inches of rain or some strong storms. they will get in the threat region for some stronger severe thunderstorms and the potential to do that as we get quite saudi going
