knowles had bought a building on fillmore street. and that we had this venue there to strengthen district -- the district idea. i said the same thing when sf jazz came. i thought it was unfortunate that there were four blocks away or five blocks away from fillmore and had not been able to find a location closer to that area. based on that and some of our hearings on other institutions, i am going to talk to a supervisor campos about creating a jazz master plan for san francisco. [laughter] that would include other organizations like kcsm, which i listened to regularly. they are a public station and they are always looking for money. commissioner sugaya: american roots music master plan. commissioner lee: don't forget the budget for the plan. commissioner sugaya: we will get that for you. jazz seems to be coming back. it is always a struggle. i heard yoshi's on fillmore is having some financial problems. it continues to need as much support as we can give it. commissioner moore: i want to express my strong support for the project. it

that's in the fillmore. that's the fillmore project. i would love to see the transparency or how many people are working on that project as local hire and from fillmore and other disadvantaged neighborhoods. so in all fairness, the transparency is that we need to have a serious effort dealing with community participation and not just one or two people that supposedly represent various communities. there's a lot of stakeholders in san francisco that would love to have the opportunity to be part of this process. and whenever that there is a lack of transparency about who is representing who, i question that. and there's too much money involved here. i'd like the opportunity as far as the local hiring goes, but we still need to be setting at the table. whenever someone is not setting there at the table, there is a tendency for the process itself to be glossed over. so i would question to have more community participation, especially when it comes to monitoring the jobs and making certain that different communities are actually sitting at t

the academy of the school building near fillmore. next door, they ellen and unused church building known as sacred -- they own an unused building. the church had been closed prior to our purchase. in order to maintain financial stability for the school, we sold personal property. we sold pews, the organ, the glass from the windows. the resolution refers to the removal of this property as an architectural salvage operation. it was not. they were not architectural and were personal property, religious in nature. they have been recycled. the club, golden boy pizza, the 3000 block of the fillmore area which we issued a citation in and a few warnings to venues in that area, el rincon, bar and church, and you'll see the list of -- who received notices of violation. and then for the citations, really, you're looking at the matrix and the fillmore area, heights, el rincon and lime. the two that i want to draw your attention to are both el rincon and lime being as both have now been cited twice. so those citations are starting to go up as far as cost. the el rincon whereas before, they were cited for one particular violation of thrae security plan. where -- of their security plan. where in the past it was $100, now $200 and $300 and so on. and the list of incidents, both minor and major. i would like to ask a question of this commission and the report that we gave to the city supervisors, you'll notice that on our incident list, we had them separated by plachese that we do permit and -- places that we do permit and places that we don't permit. and is that something the commission would also like or do you mind if they're all
