settling down a bit, frederick still at 30 degrees, manassas 30 degrees and temperatures are dropping, martinsburg dropped down to 30 degrees, too. so with the fairly clear skies, the light wind we are really cooling things down. here in town i think we'll bottom out at about 37 degrees or so and you can notice back to the northwest temperatures are in the 30s. it is cold, no doubt about that. if you're south of the city, skies are clear. if you're sitting to the north and northwest, just within the last couple of hours a little cloud deck that's pretty high, pretty thin stuff, too, is kind of moving on across. so that may keep some of these temperatures instead of dropping down into the upper 20s tonight or mid-20s, we'll probably settle down around the upper 20s to right around 30 degrees or so, but if you're outside the beltway tonight, there is a good likelihood you're going to be well town below freezing, if not at freezing -- down below freezing, if not at freezing. here in town i think we'll get down to 37, 39 for a low officially. warmer tomorrow and plenty of sunshine, back up to 61 degre
