it turns out it was a man murdered in washington, d.c. tonight police have made an arrest in the case. fox 5's matt ackland is following this one. >> reporter: maureen, washington, d.c. police have arrested a man and charged him with first degree murder. it all stems from a the shooing police believe took place at an office building very close to the u.s. capitol building. from there police believe the victim's body was transported and dumped along a roadway in frederick county. the body was placed inside a box. first let's show you the suspect. 34-year-old marvin polentia taken into custody on saturday. this all began last friday when police responded to a missing person's call. 36-year-old cobo vasquez had not returned home from work. then on tuesday a body was found along i-70. maryland by road crews it found out it was him. he had been shot several times. now, there is a connection between the victim and the suspect. they both worked together at the same office building near the capitol. and friends of the victim say they believe he w
