it started at a bank of america on reuter avenue in livermore about 2:30 p.m. these are surveillance pictures of the suspect when a man left the bank he was seen headed on 580 toward oakland. he was briefly locked down due to the incident. the suspect is described as a white or light skinned male, 6 ft. tall approximately 180 lbs.. the two men were arraigned on felony vandalism charges in marin county this morning. if they're accused of spray painting graffiti on the front of the pizza orgasmic restaurant. the two arrested are associated with extreme pizza which is another pizza restaurant located a block away. here's what the owner of the vandalize pizza restaurant had to say. >> the baby sit to my stomach, none of us can rubber heads around what has happened. why someone has worked for me for seven years i think a lot had to do with the alcohol. nothing justifies what happened. >> so upset after all the work and effort you put in here to come here and everything is great. it was really sad. we're getting people here, people make mistakes we nobody is perfect.

interior livermore valley area, 34. this is the story. high pressure over the bay area the past three to five days. it is now going to be replaced by a sagging jet stream. it's going to sag over the bay area. a series of storm systems have lined up behind this. tomorrow will be kind of a transition day, with increasing clouds and some of these high clouds will pass over the bay area. temperatures will drop, and then as we get into monday, that's when the first of the series of systems will start to effect the bay area. in fact, here's a look at the timing. your monday morning commute looks okay. it will be around noontime or so when the first bit of rain starts starts to move in. some could be heavy at times especially in the monday evening commute hour as the moderate rain moves in. once we get through this system, another one is stacked up behind it. heading to pebble beach tomorrow? 62 degrees. probably see a few more clouds, and a few more clouds in the entire bay area forecast. 56 for san jose. 61 for half moon bay. san francisco tom

livermore, napa dropping to the 30s as we have clear skies outside. here are the highlights, clear and cold in the valleys. warmer days into the weekend. and we are looking at record warmth that is a possibility into the weekend. you will see in a minute here. overnight temperatures are below freezing in napa and fairfield and you are right down to freezing in livermore and santa rosa. a real cold night for many of you there. 34 degrees in concord. you can see they are 36 in santa cruz. here is a big picture. once you deal with the cold tomorrow morning and the patches of frost, we are in for a warming trend setting up. higher pressure controlling our weather. a large ridge here, and it will stay put for several days. the offshore flow, it is a dry offshore wind pattern keeping the fog out of the bay area and keeping us in a sunny pattern with unseasonably warm conditions. how warm? take a look. by set, santa rosa is expected to hit 74 degrees. the record is 71 in 2001. oakland expected to be a record coming in at 71. moffett field could be a tie at 7

saw a lot of low 70s yesterday from gilroy, hollister, santa rosa and livermore. and today more 60s. rain returns tomorrow. it's not a big system, it's a weak one but displaces that ridge that has been in control of our weather. we're we are now, still high pressure is in control but it is shifting off to the east and we do have a series of storms from the pacific northwest that will replace the ridge and bring colder and wetter systems our way. today look for partly cloudy skies, cooler conditions, onshore flow so don't expect any 70s today. what you can expect tomorrow. now, the rain is off the coast but it will move on in throughout the afternoon. but the more significant storm comes our way tuesday night into wednesday. and that's when we could see a couple of inches of rain. we're only talking about less than a quarter of an inch with this system tomorrow. but by mid-week a stronger storm and much colder and wetter systems will continue to sweep on through the bay area. so today look for partly cloudy skies with highs in the mid-60s in the south bay. still ab
