vincent gray is warning residents to brace for big cuts. mike is live with the just- released details for us. >> as i speak, council members are still speaking with the mayor. there was a press conference call today but that has been delayed because the questions are ongoing. the district is facing a $322 million budget gap --. he has proposed cutting $187 million of expenditures and he has proposed increase in revenue $127 million. and then an additional income of $7.9 million with other changes and adjustments to the budget. the biggest cuts in the district would be $130 million for support services, meaning changes or stricter requirements for programs like health care alliance program and the disability compensation program. he has proposed cutting $22 million from the economic development fund. he has also proposed increase in revenue, a tax rate of 8.9% for income above $200,000. he is also talking about raising the parking garage tax from 12% to 18% and has proposed raising the sales tax. he is also proposing increasing the circulato
