we just got off the phone with our radio partners at kcbs phone force. and they just told us that all lanes of highway 4 except for possibly one lane are no longer blocked. we are talking eastbound highway 4 at loveridge doing full road closures there overnight. sounds like it's mostly picked up. no delay east- or westbound in and out of antioch this morning. kcbs says the westbound roadwork on the dumbarton bridge is picked up. various lanes blocked eastbound 84 but again not causing any delays this early in the morning. all the approaches to the bay bridge so far, so good. metering lights are off. yeah, very easy ride at this time of the morning on a friday so no big surprise. you still may find various lanes blocked though in the lower deck approaching treasure island. just your usual stuff through there various lanes blocked until about 6:00. the nimitz 880 through oakland here's live look. you can see those headlights moving southbound. you're cruising past oakland airport all the way into hayward no big delays and for marin county commuters nice an
