northbound baltimore-washington beltway. all of the traffic will be diverted to 410 which is riverdale road. it's riverdale road over to route 201, kennelworth avenue, kennelworth avenue northbound will take you to the capital beltway. we're told there's a mile of backed up traffic that has developed around this closure. so be warned of that. the inbound lanes of the bw parkway and the beltway all the way to the northeast are open. everything north of the beltway both directions of the bw parkway, unaffected. northbound inside the beltway at route 410 near diversion point. keep you updated all the way around on that story. head south to the wood row wilson bridge. no hangups either direction. just a little building volume. but the outer loop will slow to the sunshine if not already here very, very shortly. that sun is intense. one more stop as we head on out, to florida avenue in new york all of the travel lanes are open but building volume through the traffic lights. no delays on metro. continuing delays on vre fredericksbu
