earlier i spoke with jean casarez and dr. drew pinski. jean, you were in the courtroom today. we heard more of these recorded conversations between casey and her parents. again, just lie after lie after lie. how is the jury reacting? >> they're take thing evidence very seriously, anderson. but i think what's interesting is the main lie we heard in the videotape today was casey saying, i know caylee is alive. i know it's just a matter of time we will all be together again. and the defense theory is she drowned in the swimming pool, so casey knew she had to be dead. >> regardless of who's right in this, the prosecution or the defense, we know that at this point, these are lies and she knew her child was dead at that point. >> exactly. and you see her mother grieving. i mean, uncontrollably grieving and asking casey for leads, where can we look and find her. casey seems to get angry and upset at it. so this is strong evidence for the prosecution. >> dr. drew, when you look at these videos, you've done therapy with clients, you've seen people probably lie to you. what do you see a

earlier i spoke with jean casarez and forensic dr. michael hunter. jean, you say this was a huge day for the prosecution. how come? >> the duct tape became front and center in this trial today. we heard through argument that prosecutors are going to say it was the murder weapon. duct tape was found with the skull, but it's become a issue of fact. the jury is going to deliberate on this. was the duct tape over the mouth and nose of caylee, or was the duct tape just to seal the bag maybe? that's what the defense is saying. here is the critical thing, anderson. the forensic anthropologist was asked was the duct tape applied before decomposition of the little body? he said yes because the jaw area always separates from the skull as a body decomposes. but that duct tape, the forensic anthropologists testified held the two together. >> but jean, they weren't able to tie the duct tape to casey anthony? >> no. now that's a big point right there, because we don't have any testimony, even circumstantially truly at this point that places that duct tape with cas

. >> i talked earlier to sonny hoss ten and jean casarez covering the trial for in session on true tv. >> the prosecution had built a large part of its case on the belief it was casey not her parents who searched the internet for chloroform. is cindy anthony's testimony a game changer? >> in my view it is. it's very clear the prosecution's premeditation theory is based on the fact casey anthony conducted these chloroform searches in march. they believe that she conducted the searches and then used chloroform to drug her daughter and then placed duct tape over her nose and mouth, suffocating her. that is the theory. now you have cindy anthony getting on the witness stand and really poking a hole in that theory and saying, i'm the person who did the chloroform searches. what's really fascinating to me, anderson, is that what most people don't understand it only takes one juror to believe cindy anthony. prosecutors need all 12 jurors to believe that theory. the game has completely changed with cindy anthony's testimony today. >> jean, do you agree with that? and did it seem to you the pr

joining me now sonny hosten and jean casarez. jean what was the impact of today's emotional testimony? >> it was so, so emotional in that courtroom on so many different levels. you had the whole family in the courtroom. you had crying on the stand with lee and casey and cindy back in the gallery. but evidentiary wise what is importance? the defense wanted to show it was a dysfunctional family, that after casey became pregnant that lee wasn't even told about it. when he asked they said don't ask. he wouldn't go in the bedroom that was being prepared for caylee. so it was a family with issues. but we also remember the jailhouse tapes after caylee went missing and everybody in the family seemed to really bond with each other. so what did it show? maybe dysfunction. we don't know. but as far as what it will show ultimately in this case, maybe reasonable doubt but maybe the jury will say nothing. >> sonny, what do you think the message the defense was trying to send to the jury through lee anthony's testimony today? they kept asking w
