the defense theory here roy kronk. in the defense's opening statement, they called him a morally corrupt individual and so it's very important for them that he is going to testify about some of his behaviors before caylee's remains were found. he called 911, not once, not twice, but three times in august of 2008. he then again called 911 in december of 2008 and it was that final call in december when caylee anthony's remains were found. so the defense is really calling in to question his motives. they say that he did this for money. and we do know he received about $25,000 all in -- related to his recovery of caylee's remains. so there is a lot to be said about roy kronk. the defense is certainly saying he is the bad guy in this instead of casey anthony. so his testimony will be very, very important to the defense if all of that comes across to this jury. >> give us the big picture where we stand right now. who do you think has the momentum in this trial? >> well, certainly at this point, the defense has the momentum a

it doesn't have anything to do with possible records of roy kronk, a witness the defense wants to call, and other issues we were all speculating about, what could cause a shutdown of the proceedings and a sealed transcript of what the attorneys talked to the judge about in chambers. it's all a secret. i don't know that we'll find out tomorrow. >> is there anything that could suggest any ground for a mistrial, that you noticed? >> the information i have is that it's not the fault of either side. and the judge isn't upset. so, it really is a mystery. we're assuming that the attorneys are not spinning us and are telling us the truth. >> we saw that altercation -- not altercation but the verbal argument over the witnesses and the defense being forthcoming with what their witnesses are going to testify to. this has been an ongoing theme. aside from whatever this legal issue that stopped the trial for now, are there going to be sanctions handed out before this is over against one or both of the attorneys? >> well, because this has been ongoing, it's possible. but the judge will deal with tha

and that really dovetails quite nicely with the defense's theory that roy kronk, the meter reader, somehow staged her remains there. but it isn't inconsistent with what the prosecution is alleging, which is that they could have been there for a much longer period of time. she did say that as well. so i think the bottom line is that the defense may be able to use this in closing arguments, but the prosecution can use it as well. >> and there's also this new information from prosecutors about a former inmate who was a cellmate with casey anthony. ironically, this former cellmate had a child who drowned in a pool and was discovered by her child's grandfather. what could this mean? this very similar story to what the defense is putting forward as their theory. what could all this mean? >> well, we heard about it today from the prosecution, and it's perhaps letting us see a little bit of what the prosecution's rebuttal case may be. we know that the defense theory in this case is that caylee anthony died by accidentally drowning. but the prosecution is telling the judge that there was an inmate
