let's get an update on the commune with george. >>george: we were seeing in early back up at the bay bridge, not a hot spot yet, but it could become one. other freeways look pretty good. there are no other hot spots. at the bay bridge, we are looking at a 13-15 minute back up for the westbound ride. you can see the 880 approach, it had been backed up even before the metering lights were turned on. now that they are active, which they had been for about 10 minutes, it is backed up to the 880 over crossing in the toll plaza flats. it could be a slow morning. the san mateo bridge ride is not bad. it is getting heavier. the westbound ride is still running 13-40 minutes over to foster city blvd.. your ride on the golden gate bridge is a problem free southbound with no delays or serious problems in marin >>george: the north bay right is without delays for southbound 101 from the nevada narrows to 37 and from there to the golden gate bridge. if you are a capitol corridor passenger and a regular user, there are disruptions to service becau

let's get a check on traffic with george. >>george: our hot spot has been cleared up. >>george: we are friday light on the bay bridge. there are no delays. from time to time, a traffic slows from the middle of the east parking lot. the san mateo bridge has been problem free as a backup free. the golden gate bridge has been problem free. 101 southbound, and there are no delays in either direction. we will look around the bay area starting with the east gate. the south bay freeways, 85 and 280 heading through and towards the rest tally --west valley, drive times are well under 40 minutes. >>darya: a developing story, with our lives and concord. there are extra police officers on duty at all three schools after receiving death threats. this is the third one in the past week. this one happened at concord high school. will tran is there speaking with people about how they feel about it. people on facebook are asking, do i send my kids? many cable are worried. >>will: many people are still very much worried. people are sending them to school but telling them if anything happ

>>george: the delays are significant. jim allison is telling us, they are recommending commuters who cannot accommodate a 30 or more minute delay actually look for alternate transportation. it is not often that bart says that. it is not because a particular station problem, there is no bus bridges that will be agreed. the problem is that switching to trains through the station, the richmond fremont line, the dublin and pleasanton, daly city line and fremont, any trains heading through the transbay tube in the westbound direction are likely to be affected and again. we are talking about as much as 20 minute delays. again, they say this is not related to the problem with the earthquake this morning. that is not our only hot spot. let's check a couple of other problems. as the ride on the dublin grade into san leandro and castro valley, it is backed up because of an earlier accident. that is still tying up the right. there is an overturned accident here at kit not erode on highway 92. it is still tying up traffic leading out

george? >>george: this can change in a minute and it has on the 880 southbound. traffic is backing up at polk street. that is the scene of the occident southbound 880. emergency vehicles have shut the right lane. initially, the ramp was closed however, the right lane is now closed adding at least five minutes to your drive time. not bad enough to reroute. however, that could change with slower conditions developing as the right lane is closed 880 south with an accident involving an injury >> between lake merritt and fruitvale these delays have grown from a 10-20 minutes. they have been in place for a while. these three lines include the fremont daly city, the pleasanton and this is going to cause delays. a quick look of the bridge. the 80 the bridge looking decent. 101 cell pond has been a problem for all morning along southbound--101. >>mark: frank ogawa plaza plazis where we find will tran. >>reporter: the police are nowhere to be found even though jean quan has said something different. i have been here since 5:00 a.m. i have not even the seen officers walking
