carol? >> drew griffin reporting. thanks. >>> occupy wall street protesters back in lower manhattan's zuccotti park overnight, but they're not as comfy. last night a judge ruled the protesters who were cleared out of the park in a surprise raid by police hours earlier could come back but without the tents, the tarps, generators and camping equipment. protesters say they were not allowed to lie down or even sit. one tweeted they're wandering around like ants. >>> it's getting tougher for the 99% across the country, even the continent. it looks like it could be the beginning of the end for occupy dallas. the mayor there saying they have one more night after a federal judge cleared the way for the eviction of protesters near city hall. north of the border, a judge siding with protesters who set up camp near toronto's financial district. they were all put on notice yesterday, but a last-minute injunction stopped police from moving in at midnight. and in boston, hundreds marched to preh protest the eviction of wall street

>> good morning, carol. listen, thunderstorms, the threat for severe weather does exist today throughout much of central oklahoma. and texas -- and parts of dallas as well. there's the weather map, the decent storm that's winding up and dallas will see severe thunderstorms pop up in the afternoon. and that may be enough to cause delays up over an hour. st. louis, kansas city, more of a generic rain. there may be low clouds in san francisco if you're traveling that way. this storm will give us action for the next couple of days. stormy week ahead with moisture being tapped from the gulf of mexico and we'll start it off across north texas today and through oklahoma and spread the map in the red area, the danger spots into parts of louisiana, arkansas and through the midsouth as we go through tomorrow. the threat for a tornado today is on the strong side. and 3 to 5 inches of snow expected across parts of colorado. seasons are a changing. that means that thanksgiving is right around the corner. this video comin

it's improvement, carol. that's what we want. we're doing in the right direction but it's not a recovery as strong as it should be. >> when we talk about double-dip recession, i know you mentioned it, is that threat completely over? >> i hope we can say it's completely over. the numbers we've seen for the past weeks, carol, tell us we did not get into a double dip, we're not in a double dip. the question is what does greece do to europe, what is the banking system, the financial system, the totally interconnection of that. you can't have europe fall into a recession and face serious headwinds in this country. i would say europe is the big wild card for whether we put the double-dip recession fears behind us and start to try to build on a recovery. that's going to be the most important factor at this point, what's going on in greece, the 32nd largest economy in the world, isn't that funny? >> it's not funny, ha-ha, but it certainly is strange. >>> dr. conrad murray, innocent or guilty in the death of michael jackson? that question

carol joins the army at 31. and is still on active duty seven years later, in 1986, when she meets a young mother named judy hoff. judy has a history of dalliances with women. her husband isn't threatened. >> my husband thought it was great. turned him on. but then i met this person. and fell head over heels. got a divorce. we moved in together. and the rest is history. >> we're going to louisburg. and to millie's bookstore. the coffee hound. >> reporter: carol and judy rolled along happily in a committed lesbian relationship. but in 1996, a health care scare tilts their world on its axis. carol has breast cancer and needs a mastectomy. she survived the cancer. but losing the breast stirs up long-suppressed feelings. >> it was a relief to get rid of it. that was the first little clue i got that maybe i was transgendered after all. after all those years of just putting that aside. and i immediately wanted the other one off. >> do you see we hung your pictures? >> yes, they look great. >> reporter: carol restarts
