i am j.r. stone with kron4 news. >>pam: it has been almost two weeks since the occupy oakland protesters move back into the frank ogawa plaza. the rain over the weekend make things uncomfortable for those camping in front of city hall. more rain is on the way, jeff bush shows us the conditions at the encampment as it stands at this time. >>reporter: i am here at frank ogawa plaza and though we can rain has stopped the protesters to get their gear in order. some are bring up parks--some are putting up parts--tarps. the wooden pallets are the way that the protesters separate themselves from the wet ground. all sorts of structures are seemed tightly crammed together some are in better shape than others, but this one takes the cake. the shiny structure is insulated plus it has a door and you can stand up in the middle. protesters are bringing all sorts of building materials. this person was busy sorting out clothing and other things that will be given to people who needed. >> we have free clothing, tarps, hygiene product
