john, what about the sound bite we played from 2008, john kasich, he tries to throw it off as voter fraud, that people are yanking people to the polls that shouldn't be there in the first place. what do you think of it? >> voter fraud, discussed by people like john kasich is the biggest law in american politics. there's actually very little voter fraud and most of what people consider voter fraud could be dealt with easily if we had very open, very easy access to the polls. most times when something is called voter fraud, it's usually a mistake by somebody trying to get through a convoluted process. that's really what's going on in ohio now. the secretary of state is trying to confuse things in the final minutes of this election process. and that's a very unsettling thing. because it's happened in ohio before. we had a lot of problems in 2004 in the george bush versus john kerry race. ohio's secretary of state seemed to game the process from several different angles. >> it seems this law that's now in effect is all about discouraging people to vote, which obviously can become habit formin
