marilyn wayne says she has no doubt she heard natalie wood's last cry for help. now she's sitting down exclusively with "entertainment tonight" to talk about that night, everything she remembers 30 year ago. >> we heard a voice, a female voice yelling for help, somebody help me, i'm drowning. >> how long did the screaming go on for? >> 25 minutes. >> reporter: she says it was around 11:00 p.m. november 28th, 1981 when she heard a woman screaming about 40 feet from her boat. she says "the splendour" was containing natalie wood, her husband, robert wagner and officer christopher watkin were nearby. she said she heard a man's voice, oh, hold on, we're coming to get you. then the woman's voice stopped. she tried to contact police right away. wayne said she tried contacting police right away, but they were unresponsive. but now, investigators are looking at all angle, reportedly even traveling to hawaii to study "the splendour" which is still being used. dennis davern was the boat's captain that night. he says he heard wood and wagner fighting before she went missing.
