jackie sissel is there with the latest. the >>jackie: good morning. you can see workers from the department of public works loading up another garbage cans. that is the fourth garbage trucks i have seen being loaded in the last hour or so. here is video that i shot about 35 minutes ago. you can see dozens of workers cleaning up the trash. the police chief called this an environmental hazard. he said he thought it would take a while for them to get out there and clean up everything. everyone's personal belongings were moved into a pile. as i said, there were at least for full-size garbage trucks and a multiple flatbeds taken in to remove all of the debris that has accumulated over the last two months or so. as i said, they will not let anyone in the closet for a while. they thought it would take at least a day for them to get everything cleaned up. i am right on the embarcadero. right over here is this very building. about 15-20 minutes ago, the first series will start coming if and there will be hundreds, if not thousands of commuters trying to get in
