we are still seeing 30s in santa rosa 34, novato 37. 38 in antioch and in livermore. we also have to be careful because there's some very thick fog out there, especially in the north bay could be really dense in some locations. visibility is less than 1/4 a mile in novato, santa rosa and napa, low clouds over the bay area visibility not much of a problem for drivers yet. we could see more fog move into parts of east bay valleys. we are warmer compared to yesterday where we saw more 20s in some locations where 12° -- we are 12 warmer in napa and san jose compared to yesterday at this time. locally dense fog partly cloudy this afternoon it may take a while for the clouds to mix out. slight chance of rain in the north bay but it is not looking measurable at this point. here's why, this is a satellite image we have an area of high pressure set up bringing light westerly winds 5 to 10 miles an hour this afternoon. there are a series of storms in the pacific moving our way. but, the jet stream, the ridge will help keep the storms mainly to the north. oregon and washington
