. >> reporter: her name is charlotte molinari. her dad said she left on her bike to ride to ving creek last saturday morning and never came home. police do not suspect foul play but of course they want to find her. charlotte is 15-years-old, 5'9, weighs 150 pounds, brown curly hair and brown eyes riding a green mountain bike she had her ukulele and backpack with her. her dad has created a find charlotte facebook page he's asking for tips to help locate his daughter. her school is also involved. she was a sophomore, excuse me she is a sophomore at sonoma academy. the school is putting up fliers. her friends have told police they have not heard from her at all in the past week. when her dad reported her missing an officer searched the neighborhood near her home. since then a more massive search has taken place. yesterday santa rosa officers and sonoma deputies scoured the state park and the area of spring creek. the sheriff's department launched its helicopter but they called off that search when they didn't fan any trace of charlot

charlotte has not been seen for nearly a week. allie rasmus is at spring lake park in santa rosa this morning where that search will continue in a few hours. good morning, allie. >> reporter: santa rosa police will be leading that search. they will be using six search dogs to help them go through this mark. this is spring lake park. it's a pretty large area about 300 acres. this park is where 15-year-old charlotte told her family she was going to go for a bike ride. that was on saturday morning. her friends, family, and classmates have not seen her since then. volunteers searched part of the park by land and air. she doesn't have an history of running away. but they did find signs she may have been depressed. >> finding more information on the internet searches makes us believe we should increase our efforts to find her. >> we are asking everybody mountain bikers, hikers, keep your eyes open for this young girl. >> reporter: volunteers also combed through an old rural cemetery. that is because the cemetery is halfway between her h

and in charlotte, to have a partisan seat, so their primary is very much reduced. they did not get anywhere close to having a 65% winner. chairperson campos: has any reasoning been articulated as to 65% being proposed? >> i have not asked any of the board members why they picked that number. chairperson campos: okay, thank you. >> moving on from that, there is also discussion about there's a lot more over votes in certain neighborhoods than others under rank choice voting. one of the things i wanted to do was look neighborhood by neighborhood comparisons. the data is available to go back to 2008 to do a quick and reasonable analysis. we went back to the last three years and compared the four different styles of footage we had in the city. i did ballot voting in 2011. i have not gone further back than that at this point. errors occur in every election. one of the other things that i want to know is the state assembly and u.s. representatives, in order to make the city wide to cover all of the neighborhood's equally, i emerged those elections together for san francis

it could have been charlotte dupuis or others in the van buren household if this was built in the 1820s, or it could have been one of the enslaved people listed in the 1844 inventory. here you see the tran scription of the final entries in that inventory, listing those identified as slaves for life, along with their ages and assessed monetary value. as you see, there are men, women, and children in the king and williams families, and six enslaved people that don't have those surnames. note also that the last two people listed, primus and charles clark are called out as working for a defined period of time until they will be free. as with the kitchen, looking at the building and inventory together provides a fuller picture of where at least some of the people may have lived. we know that this wall framing uncovered on the second floor of the building is original to its construction. and it defined a narrow hallway with openings into three chambers, two of which you see here. this concurs with the 1844 inventory, which recorded three spaces it called servants' rooms in the back building.
