our guess is mr. baker. you have an initiative that we lost, transforming neighbors. what is this about? >> we are excited. i think it's going to be an initiative that changes the landscape in prince georges county. we targeted six counties in the area that have challenges, whether it's student dropout in our schools, or whether it's health despair tease, or they lack economic development opportunities there, and we will bring all of the resources the county has to bare on the problems. that's health care, social services and publication, and all of these will be in the six neighborhoods. we are going to stay in the neighborhoods until we see that they are actually transformed. we got this initiative when we studied out well our police department did last year with the summer initiative. in the areas where the police department targeted their summer initiative, they spent 2 1/2 months in these areas, crime dramatically decreased. but what the police officer did was not only put more officers out there but worked with the health department and social services and they
