would not be the 4th of july without the celebration here on the national mall. folks are happy to know that is still going on. if you take a look here, you can see that security is already down here quite in full force, too. police have already put up tents, they have gated areas. a lot of police are already down here just trying to get in place for this so people are going to be mindful of that. before tonight's fireworks that are set for 9:00 ten, there is going to be a parade down constitution avenue. the fire work show at 9:10. and the capitol 4th start at 8:00 p.m. take a look at some video from last night. a there is a dress rehearsal on the west lawn. the rehearsal was cut short because of more bad weather. tonight's big celebration again still on. officials are urging people to take metro for this, but if you are driving, keep in mind there are a lot of road closures and restrictions. if you cannot make it down to the national mall for the big fireworks show, there are several other local places to celebrate the holiday. going to be plenty of fireworks i
