fox news meteorologist janice dean is tracking isaac's path from the fox business weather center. jeff flock is on the ground for us once again, gulf port, mississippi, and we have lauren simonetti on the floor of the new york stock exchange with trader reaction. let's start with janice. >> it is a hurricane, 75 miles-per-hour sustained winds, and the thing i'm fearful of is that this is going to be a prolonged event for a very vulnerable area of the coastline. so there's the system. 75 miles-per-hour sustained winds. we do get a new advisory at 5:00 p.m. that will give us a brand new track and update on those winds, but it does look like the worst-case scenario is unfortunately going to be the bayou city is because the right side of the storm will pile up the wind and rain and storm surge and that is our fear. yes, it is minimal hurricane, but it is going to cause a lot of problems for a prolonged period of time. we're talking about tropical storm force winds for 36 hours in this region, so again, we could see anywhere from 18 to even 24 inches of rainfall as well as storm surge

jennifer and jeff.. police say someone, who claims to be from the city's tax collection office, is making those phone calls. and tonight, we caught up with one of the latest victims. victims. betty eyler is a 78-year-old widow of a retired baltimore city police officer... who says she's never been the victim of a crime... until now.(eyler) "she wanted me to go to the bank....".......police believe eyler is the victim of a scam targeting the elderly. eyler ggt phone call thursday afternoon. the caller, who claimed to be from the city's tax office, said she owed more than 16-hundred dollars in property taxee.... (eyler) "i said i can't understand why you're saying that, everything is paid for.." still, tte caller told eyler to get cash and give it to a sheriff's deputy that would be at her home on boyle street in about 45 minutes. eyler was instruced to pay the money in cash or be evicted. it was a demand that sent eyler scrambling for help.(eyler) "i almost lost my mind. i went out and screamed in the mid
