whatever storms do flair in southern maryland will probably not pack the intensity of last night. we had the sun come autism and it heated things up. drier air on the northwest wind from frederick west. you can see the dry air edging. dew points in the expit commit -- in the 60s west. the humid air is pushing east. near 90 in annapolis. these will be down. although the sun will be back, it will be a warm day in the upper 80s. the humidity will be noticeably absent tomorrow. so looks like a butte sphl thursday around here. still a little damp and a little humid and unsettled. we take a look at our future trend model. the last showers are pushing out tonight. we're into a dry slot as the dry air marches. unfortunately, only for day. we think friday will heat up and the humidity will ramp up. friday afternoon and evening, as the new front comes in this could spawn more severe weather friday night. in the meantime that dry front moving in overnight will really bring in clear weather. you see this in ohio, indiana and the great lakes. in the meantime we're also watching this, tropical
