and a look at the bay bridge. you will see that low cloud deck, 54 napa, 55 fairfield, with 52 in los gatos. our emeryville camera noticing a little bit in the way of cloudiness, but the forecast calls for the patchy clouds at the coast. then we are going to clear. so it will be cooler, a little breezy today. certainly in san francisco. a nice day tomorrow for father's day. so the fog that we have is not going to last too long. in fact, it will evaporate and everyone, except at the coast, will be left with mostly sunny conditions. notice the temperatures though. we have 60s, 70s down toward the santa clara valley. the oranges and the reds pretty much absent from most of the bay. you have to go far north into sonoma to reach the 80s and perhaps over toward the delta and the livermore valley for a few temperatures in the 80s. the reason being, we have an upper level trough that's dropping down from the north and west w that off the coast, moderate onshore breezes will be back. that allows for cooler marine air to pr

the suspect shot at a passenger vehicle and also at a police vehicle. not long thereafter he was received seen by responding officers. there was exchange of gunfire at that time and the suspect attempted to evade the officers by running on to the college campus. as he ran on to the campus, additional shots were exchanged. no officers were injured at that time. the suspect headed toward the library shot at women on the campus before entering the library. accosted a number of patrons inside the library a tempted to shoot at them. those individuals were able to find safety in a safe location inside the library. however, he continued to shoot at them. the officers came in and directly engaged the suspect and he was shot and killed on the scene. the information we have indicates at this point that as many as half a dozen victims were shot and killed and several more were injured. i have recently been informed that another victim recently died at the hospital. i have to say, again, this investigation is in its infancy. it occurred just a short four hours ago.

we started by looking at the form of certain areas the mission bay where the heists are capped at 90 feet and you end up with the buildings are brt out to the envelope, to the box, the shoreline is one continuous frontage with the buildings which makes it more challenging to activate that open space. so one of the things that we did is we have the opportunity with these three historic buildings on the site that create a little note of historic texture and we opened up that water front park into the interior of the site. it creates some distinct zones for the parks that can better be integrated with the buildings and it also creates that connection into the interior of the site. we drop the scale of the buildings around about 75 percent of the site to lower the dark gray building with the textured roof. that's building 12. it's about 65 feet, 3 three quarters of the site is lower than that fronting on the park, it's approximately 35 to 45 feet. a good example of is this south park. the buildings around south park are lower scale and as you go to the next ring out you get the larger sc
