kira and eric? >> just shy of 5:32. a wildfire continues to rage near yosemite national park and 144,000 acres have burned since the fire began last week of the it is now just 7 percent contained. the fire has destroyed nearly two dozen buildings and berkeley familily camp is destroyed. >> this is the worst fire the firefighters have ever fought burning 2303 square miles, the size of chicago. the rim fire is only 7 percent contained and 2,500 firefighters are on the front line battling the blaze. sunday's strong winds pushed the monster fire closer into the northwest edge of yosemite national park. we getting a first look at fire damage to the family camp owned by the city of berkeley and you can see the forest service says the camp suffered extensive damage. campers were evacuated on tuesday and firefighters say they did their best to strike and save it. >> the catch was overgrown and there was a lot of summer camp flammable fabric. >> 4,500 structures are affected and an advisory is issued for those we in the area eat

abc7 news reporter kira klapper has the latest. kira? >> lanes in northbound 280 are still closed but a tow truck carrying the remnants of what used to be a party bus drove away. the california highway patrol says they expect to on the right two lanes any minute. the crash happened short of 11:00 last night. police think it was a solo vehicle crash, a party bus, carrying two people only, the driver and a passenger. it ran off the road, ran into a set of trees to the side of highway 280 and sheared off the right side of the party bus. the passenger in the front right seat died on highway 280 and when police arrived the driver was nowhere to be found but a few hours later they came upon a man in the trees. this is a wooded area. a man had minor injuries and he was transported to stanford hospital and they will ahead there when they february the investigation. they will question him to figure out if he was the driver. when they transported him it did not seem he was under the influence of alcohol so they do not think alcohol was a factor bu

abc7 news reporter kira klapper has the latest from only. kira? >> good morning to you, eric. the board is having a regularly scheduled meeting. they have also called for a special meeting where the negotiators will join them to get a handle on where they stand on their side of negotiations. 30 minutes ago we got video of union negotiators arriving for negotiations today and the contract talks are resuming. yesterday, bart and the unions representing their workers presented five hours to the board of inquiry. they are at odds other wages, benefits, pension and safety. the board will delivery a written report on the status of the gas do governor brown by friday. the governor will decide whether to call for a 60-day cooling off period meaning unions can not strike, trains will still run, and negotiations will continue. bart management wants the couping off period but union workers do not. both agree they do not want a strike to happen on monday which would be the case if this sunday's deadline is not met somehow. >> everyone is very eager to get back to the table to get to a dea
