derek ward has breaking news out of the middle east. >> details are coming into our newsroom about another strong earthquake to hit pakistan. this is in western pakistan, the same area hit hard earlier this week from an even stronger quake. this is new video just into our newsroom. the u.s. geological survey says it was a 6.8 magnitude earthquake but they say it came in as a 7.2 quake. there's not a lot of new damage. most buildings in the region are already damaged or destroyed from tuesday's 7.7 quake that killed almost 400 people. we're not hearing any reports of causalities from this morning's quake. authorities there say the region could feel stronger quakes in the days to come. at the live desk, derek ward, news 4. >>> new this morning, police are on the look out for the person responsible. they're looking for a killer this morning. someone shot and killed a man on 30th street in southeast. this happened not far from southern and alabama avenues and when officers got to the scene they found that man unconscious. he had been shot several times. rescuers tried to save him but he died a
