sometimes it slows down in san -- in san leandro. by the time you get up to the causeway near fifth street, it does look better. in is a look at the bay bridge toll plaza, that is parked up. it's beginning to look more and more like the old toll plaza where we're seeing traffic easing up a little bit by this point. but still, it's a 25 to 30- minute delay. once you make it on the bridge, it looks good. we've been looking at the south bay as i push in here. there's a crash at northbound 101 at de la cruz. you can see it on the left side there. northbound 101 between first and de la cruz. 101 is pretty slow as you drive through. as a matter of fact, if you want to use alternate side roads perhaps of you will want to use some of your shortcuts. this whole area here not doing all that well. >>> let's go to mark. >>> good morning, sal. this morning, all morning long we've been talking about patchy clouds out there. not widespread. but still out there, it's a factor somewhat in the short term. minor changes to the forecast for your wednesd
