speculation over hillary clinton's second run for president continues to grow. but at an event in buffalo clinton faced an issue that could resurface should she decide to enter the race. >> buffalo is a good model for the rest of the country because we can't move from crisis to crisis, we have to be willing to come together as citizens to focus on the kind of future we want which doesn't include yelling it includes sitting down and talking to one another. >> it's hard to hear but according to local reporters a heckler interrupted clinton shouting benghazi, benghazi you let them die. meanwhile george soros says he'll back an effort to convince

the dukakis campaign and find any comparable moments to that kind of clinton moment and those clinton moments evaded the campaign. there is also something to know about the clinton history. clinton lost his second run for the governorship, his re-election campaign was soft on crime as an attack against him, even though at that point he was supporting the death penalty. he had signed off on a clemency for about 70 people and it was used against him. he was acutely aware as he was running for president that this was a long lived attack and was used successfully in presidential campaign in the previous run. >> you know, excuse me, clinton had the benefit of seeing what had happened with dukakis. he's a brilliant guy, quick study, and obviously he learned a great deal. but when you look at a candidate's personality, the two personalities were so different, and clinton almost sort of instinctively connects with -- he has that human touch and he connects with constituents -- constituencies, audiences and that sort of thing. and, you know, just seems that dukakis is a more reserved fellow, d

we need to do with names that have bush and clinton at the end. >> what would hillary clinton do? >> i think she can certainly add a dynamic that we haven't really seen yet and the power of her voice as a woman. frankly if she had a different last name -- >> there is an easy fix on that last name. >> part of bringing washington together though is something that no president really has that much control over. it's political parties and leadership in congress. >> is that really true? >> i have to respectfully disagree. there have been presidents in history that put out a great vision for america, the shining hill with reagan. history judges he was an amazing president. when you look at some of the candidates that we have out there, we have a lot of great candidates, jeb bush has put a very positive vision. when he talks he talks about the need for education, talks about the need for unity. i think the bush last name won't hurt him. you see gorge bush becoming more popular as he's out of office. people see him differently than when he got out and jeb is a totally different man. >> wh
