the bart board and the union members are set to meet today over what bart calls a mistake in its new labor contracts. the board of director says a clerical error gives the union more paid family leave than negotiated. the union members have already voted to approve the bill that ended a bitter strike. officials originally rejected the provision that gives union members more paid medical leave but somehow it ended up in the final contract signed by both sides. the union members say bart should honor the contract. >> they are clean up in illinois, indiana, and other midwest states hit by 40 tornadoes much the hardest hit community is walk, illinois -- is washington, illinois, where there is nothing left. six people died and dozen are injured. many were caught off guard because the tornadoes came so late in the season. there are reports of damage in a dozen states this morning. look at this, an image of a funnel cloud in central illinois posted on twitter showing the storm hitting pekin where it is confirmed the tornado touched down by the national weather service. >> air ralph is back
