abc7 news reporter, matt keller, has more. matt? >> we have an update to the story. the redwood city fire department says they have the fire under control. that is as of 20 minutes ago. we saw the steam and spoke disappear the last hour. that is good news for smoke in the area. from the redwood city fire department pictures they were inside the sims metal management. the shelter-in-place is canceled for the entire area. medical personnel were on the scene to make sure firefights did not get affected by the steam and smoke. it is difficult to determine the cause of the fire because of how large the pile was and the different origins with 20 firefighters on the scene 15 minutes ago. they will be moving and clearing the scene with the fire under control and all health advisories are lifted for the area. the shelter-in-place order has been lifted, and a similar fire broke out at sims metal management in 2007 which started at the bottom of the 30' pile of flattened cars. last year the epa accused sims of polluting the bay with lead, mercury and other toxins. >> if marin c
