friday morning, february 7th, i'm dave dave. >> -- i'm dave clark. >> and good morning, i'm tori campbell. almost too much at once. >> that's correct. 13 months without hardly any rain and then all of a sudden you see forecasts of ten plus. once the ground sucks it up, everything will race off. we have observers, ron in crescent city. rain is there. off our coast, here it comes. things are beginning to pick up. this is very light. the atmosphere is so juiced up, ready to go. it's not going to take much, and once you get a little dynamics, i mean, a sea gull flapping its wings would probably be enough to get rain going. it's that quick. moisture in the air is incredible. rainfall projections, this is just one forecast model but i tend to agree with it, is going to be good to really good to too much. i mean, you see 6 plus in santa rosa between now and sunday at 1:00, which tells you you know in the coastal hills and also in the russian river there's going to be more than that, and also in the santa cruz mountains. marin county will get slammed as well. 40s and 50s on the temps. very mild.

tell me what it is, dave. >> it's the super service challenge. it's a contest where teams from the workplace, coworkers go out and pick a charity of their choice, a nonprofit, and serve them. and they get a chance to film a video and upload it to our website. and then we have given away a million dollars of prize money to the winning videos in the contest. >> that's pretty significant. what's the result? what are you seeing as a result of encouraging businesses to turn their employees loose in something of a charitable nach snr. >> what is exciting is the employees choosing where they serve, and we're really seeing a connection in the teamwork. we all want loyalty and motivation out of our employees, but we can give them books and then the seminars, but when they go out and serve together, when they come back to the workplace, the water cooler conversation changes. >> drew, i cannot think of anybody who is probably more popular in new orleans and probably all of louisiana than you are. you know, that could translate into a real political opportun

dave i want to start with you. overall a lot of support for sam. but sports illustrated interviewed eight nfl executives and coaches who anonymously said that the nfl draft is going to make sam's path to the league daunting and that the publicity will be a problem. your reaction to that? >> it's incredibly disconcerting. you gave some of the less imflammatory statements said by the nfl g.m.s. >> we'll get to in the imflammatory ones in a moment. >> sure. sure. but saying that a game player would chemically imbalance a locker room is pretty bad in the grand scheme of things. the part about it that i found the most distressing was that none of these anonymous nfl executives were willing to actually own their own homophobia. they put it all on the players. they said the locker room is not ready. it's the players who aren't ready. it made mite take a decade, two decades. instead of saying this is actually our problem. one of the things that michael sam said was that he wanted to own his own truth. i don't think nfl executives have owned their own truth
