sergio quintanas live from nap would with developing details on the investigation. reporter: napa police tell us the couple was detained at a b.a.r.t. station in el cerrito. the two have since been brought here to the napa police headquarters and are now facing homicide charges. napa police were called to the royal garden apartments in napa yesterday afternoon for a welfare check on a three-year-old girl. they found her dead. officers immediately started looking for the girl's mother, sara krueger, and her boyfriend, ryan scott warner. witnesses toll police that the couple left the apartment yesterday morning on foot, carrying luggage. neighbors tell us the threshed is kayleigh slusher. police said liked like she had be abused. >> investigators knosted what appeared to be blunt form trauma injuries on the victim. followup indicated the victim appeared appeared to have been sexually assaulted. >> police released pictures of sara kruger ryan warner last night, and this morning an anonymous tip led b.a.r.t. police to the couple in the b.a.r.t. station and took them int
