ben franklin, no problems coming into philadelphia, keep in mind if you are headed into new jersey, this right lane taken out all part of the long-term patco high-speed line construction zone. later on tonight, penndot will begin a new phase of the i-95 construction project. right now, traffic is moved over to the right side up to girard avenue. but, beginning tonight, they will be setting up the barriers, painting new lines, and extending that construction zone from girard up to allegheny. so, pretty much by tomorrow morning, that construction zone will go from center city all the way up to allegheny, later on in the week they'll dot southbound side. so watch for the crews out there, and new patterns, also, in bellmawr, new jersey, here, south along 295, as you approach the freeway, there is a new traffic pattern, and there is no access to the walt whitman, you actually have to go all the way down south, flip around a u-turn, and come back north on 295, and if you are coming back from the shore this morning, north on the freeway, also, a new traffic pattern, approaching i-295. nicole, o
