new this morning our steve paterson is live near that scene at 19th and spruce streets with the details on the investigation, steve? >> reporter: a reported home invasion and rape in a pretty nice neighborhood here, nicole, police still sorting through the details as you can see behind me they have remained on the scene and it is early in this investigation. early but we have heard a few things from police. we have video of police canvassing this third floor apartment, now police say based on the initial interview the victim a female in her 20's was walking home shortly before 1:30 um to that third floor apartment. police describe would the man late in her 20's so far from the scene, they say no signs of an apparent struggle. from what they have told police, the alleged suspect was in her apartment, for about an hour, what happened, inside that time, police again are still learning more from her testimony, in fact, i'm hearing she remains with the special victims unit and investigators who are looking into this possible crime. that is what we know from the scene again police remain here
