secretary of state kerry off to turkey today. he'll spend the next two days there trying to convince iraq's northern neighbor to join this fight. but it will be slightly complicated for the u.s., right? you do have these kurd herb opposition in turkey, which might complicate all of this. >> john kerry has been leaving saudi arabia. he had a meeting there where ten arab countries, the foreign ministers signed a joint communique pledging to basically fight against isis. now, turkey was at that meeting, but turkey conspicuously did not sign the agreement. now, turkey theoretically would be an obvious partner for the u.s. in this campaign because it shares a border, not only with iraq, but also with syria. it is also a member of the nato military aniens. and in years past, there have been air bases in turkey that have been used by the u.s. military for operations in iraq. but in this case the turks so far have not publicly come out joining their nato ally, the u.s. against isis. one reason may be because isis militants took hostage c
