meteorologist justin drabick joins us now with a first look at the at this wild forecast. i've never seen anything like this, justin. >>> it's pretty active, natasha. two storms this week. the first one coming through our region right now as we speak. the initial showers starting to break out across the city. very light at the moment. steadier heavier rain to the south and west near baltimore continue to move into see sale county, maryland and chester county over the next half hour. we have more rain extending down to the south and west. pockets of heavier rain indicated by the yellows there. so that will come through the overnight. the good news is from the system it's fast moving so we get a quick shot of some rain, we'll see improving conditions probably by the middle of the morning commute for monday. that's good news there. so overnight periods of rain some of that could be heavy at times overall amounts about half an inch maybe even three quarters of an inch. this will slow down through the overnight hours. here the setup for monday. early morning rain improving cond

meteorologist justin drabick joins us now with a first forecast. hey, justin. >> good evening, natasha. that's right. if you like mild temperatures you'll like the forecast over the next few days. over the past few hours temperatures have warmed up a little bit. we were in the mid 30s earlier this evening for philadelphia. now up to 41 degrees. 39 in wilmington. and in millville 31 degrees. still below freezing in allentown. some suburbs though a little bit on the cold side this hour. quakertown checks in at 32 degrees. mt. holly, new jersey, coming in at 36. and a little bit of a wind to deal with outside right now. light winds about five to 10 miles per hour. but that is bringing down the wind chill values into the mid and upper 30s. that's what it feels like right now. so certainly need to dress warm if you are heading outside overnight. a lot of cloud cover over the region as we speak much that's actually the sign of a warmer air that's moving in from the south and west. a warm front that will push on through overnight that's why temperatures w
